An innovative procedure called Platlet Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy, uses a patient's own blood and stem cells to heal tissue injuries. Blood is drawn, spun in a centrifuge to concentate the platelets and injected into the damaged site in cases such as tendonitis and other joint issues to grow and create new tissue for healing.
